Here's how to see where your order is and when it will arrive.
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, so no password is needed. You'll see each order, its status and tracking details once it ships.
Email us at contact@upstormed.com with your order number (for example, #1001) and the email you used to order, and we'll look it up for you.
Orders are prepared before they ship, so tracking can take a few business days to appear after you place your order. See our Shipping policy for delivery details.
